I read everything and reply to most of it. Three things I'm glad to hear about:

Guests. People building real robotics companies who are good on a mic. That's usually CEOs and CTOs, sometimes an engineer who's great at explaining. If you've heard someone talk and thought "that person should be on a podcast," tell me who.
Robotics companies you're building or backing. I've talked with more than a hundred of them, and founders and investors sometimes ask me for a second opinion. I take on a few of those. Tell me what you're working on and what you're trying to figure out.
Advice, if you're early in a robotics career. I've mentored a few people and liked it. I can't do a lot of it, but I do some.
